CARE has partnered with SELF Magazine to encourage our supporters to participate in the SELF Challenge, a three-month exercise and eating plan. What makes this partnership unique is that as you empower yourself with healthy, lifelong habits, you also help empower women in poor countries, through CARE, to improve the health and well-being of their families.
SELF invites supporters of CARE to join the Challenge, and encourage others to join as well. In fact, if we get more than 500 people to enter by clicking on the link below, CARE will receive up to $5,000 from SELF.
